"The New Prince of Tennis" OVA 1st Volume Scheduled for October 29
3DS romantic adventure game is also in the works

It is officially confirmed today on June 4 that the first volume of the five-volume OVA series The New Prince of Tennis: vs Genius10 for Blu-ray and DVD will be released in Japan on October 29. The story of the OVA series tells the battles between the first string members and Ryoma Echizen with other characters in the Japanese U-17 (under 17) High School Representatives Selection Camp.

The first volume contains the first episode "Kakumei heno Zensoukyoku" (The prelude to the Revolution) and the second episode "Gekisen Kaishi" (A fierce battle begins). The OVA series also comes with a Flash anime episode based on Kenichi Sakura's spin-off four-panel manga Houkago no Ouji-sama (The Prince of Afterschool), which has been serialized in Shueisha's Jump Square.

In addition, "Break! Tenipuri," the official site for The Prince of Tennis anime series, has announced that a new 3DS romantic adventure game "The New Prince of Tennis ~Go to the top~" is in the works for a November 6 release.
